We had an issue with our main sewer line causing a back up in our house. We called on the evening of Labor Day, and Max was at our house within 30 minutes. He had his crew at our house for the repairs by 7 a.m. the next day. The whole crew was professional and fixed the issue within a few hours. They took the time to explain what needed to be done and showed us what was going on along the way. They did a great job cleaning up the front yard after having to pull some bushes. Max was in contact with us throughout the process, and even worked directly with our insurance adjuster to help us with our claim. We would highly recommend this company.

Max and his team are amazing. My mom has a small condo with a water heater. Every other company wanted 2-4 times the cost to replace due to the water heaters location. Max came out and advised me what I could do to keep cost down. (Remove cabinet doors myself! So easy.) On the day of service, Mike and his partner came to do the work. It was not easy, but they were professional and did an amazing job. As a woman, I have been talked down to by service professionals so many times. Everyone from Windy City Rooter was friendly and helpful. I will definitely be using them on my own home and recommending them to everyone who need services. Well, I saw Windy City Rooter in the neighborhood and decided to give them a try. Max came out and I explained what was happening to the basement when we get heavy rain and the foul smell from the basement drains. He explained what was happening and the solution.
