Well, I saw Windy City Rooter in the neighborhood and decided to give them a try. Max came out and I explained what was happening to the basement when we get heavy rain and the foul smell from the basement drains. He explained what was happening and the solution. Max gave me an approximate quote for the work without any pressure. We decided to get the work done. Karlee, was great too as she kept me updated on the work schedule for my project. Cort and crew showed up and took care of business. I now have a sewer cleanout outside. We are pleased with the work.

We had an issue with our main sewer line causing a back up in our house. We called on the evening of Labor Day, and Max was at our house within 30 minutes. He had his crew at our house for the repairs by 7 a.m. the next day. The whole crew was professional and fixed the issue within a few hours. They took the time to explain what needed to be done and showed us what was going on along the way. They did a great job cleaning up the front yard after having to pull some bushes. Max was in contact with us throughout the process, and even worked directly with our insurance adjuster to help us with our claim. We would highly recommend this company.

Windy City Rooter are the best. I have no regrets about using them. They went above and beyond to repair my sewer problems. Out of all the plumbers I called (their were many) I don't think any of them would have done a better job. Being a single female and African American homeowner I have to be very careful because contractors are always trying to take advantage. But Max did not. The team did a great job. I have a sloping driveway and was getting water in the garage due to a broken drain under the house. A sump pump was installed in the garage, connect to the driveway trough and then out to the sewer system. They worked with the village to get all the permits and inspections scheduled. Whenever I had questions, I received responses within a day or less. Highly recommended.
